Zone Days take place during school time. There are approximately 10 Zone Days per term however students are restricted to attending 2 Zone Days per term. To download a list of Zone Day dates for the year click
here A sign up meeting is advertised in our 'daily dash' for interested students. When possible trials are held and a team is selected. It is important to note that the team selected does not necessarily field the ‘best players’ as an objective is to encourage students to participate in a wide range of sports. A notice is sent home with students if they are selected. It is very important that the return slip is fully completed and returned to school, with any money required, by the due date. All money should be enclosed in a school money envelope and deposited in the money box at the main school office. Any return slips not requiring money may be placed into the sports returns box located on the shelves by the sports office. No money is to be placed into the sports returns box. A teacher will be in charge of the Zone Day and organise practice sessions. Selected players are expected to attend all practice sessions. It is vital that we have parents to help in areas such as transport, supervision and coaching at these events. The return slip provides a section for parents to offer their help with Zone Days.
